I would suggest to buy some basics - plain t's, jeans, black and white stuff... and then making it up yourself. Thats my favourtie look for boho. Buy tons of jewllery and earthy colored accessories (scarves/ necklaces/ bangles/ earings/ belts) and wear them all at the same time. Tarnished gold and silver help with the look. Or, you can miss match lots of patterned tops and skirts and dresses and add simple, plain gold or silver jewllery to that - i think this boho look is harder to pull off, you really need to know how to do it. Service dog regulation?

My friend recently had to bring his dog to stay at his apt. When the management found out about it they told him they were going to evict him, so naturally out of desperation he told them that it was a service dog, and purchased those tags off the Internet. The problem is now he is taking the dog everywhere with him, and impersonating someone disabled. The dog is extremly well behaved. I have tried to express the moral dilemma to him to no availe. I would like him to stop, but I know that the only thing that is going to persuade him is real tangible ENFORCEABLE penalties. I have tried to research this. I have read the ADA, but it doesn't seem like there is anyone who governs this. I have read that there are "huge fines and possible imprisonment" for this, but it seems that by law no one is allowed to ask you or make you prove that you actually have a disability. He is not stupid, so he has ligitimate answers for the three questions businesses are permitted to ask. I need to be able to give him an example of how he's going to get caught, or who is responsible for checking this, but I can't find one thing that answers this. Can anyone help me? Can the police ask you to prove that you have a disability? I read a story about a guy that had his own service dog and saw an imposter so he told the store and they called the police. But it seems they wouldn't be able to ask either. Does anyone know where i could find the actual law on this? Please help me I'm so frustrated. Like from working in food service, it seems like people won't be satisfied unless you give them top notch customer service. Like why do people come in to places expecting to be bowed down to and if you mess up one thing that they are looking for, they want to complain? I noticed today that people like for every little thing and get all pissy if they don't have their way for everything. People are human, they make mistakes and aren't mind readers. Why do customers have to expect way too much out of the employees? I mean if they put customers first, why does anything else matter? you can apply to whatever school you wish, if you do not meet their requirements you can go to a backup college or a community college for a year or so... to get the necessary requirements and reapply as well as having got some college experience as well as college credits and having already applied to the college when you reapply with the necessary requirements as well as prove that you can handle the college workload with the college you attended in that year since you first applied they will more than likely see that you are dedicated and accept you... the main thing is don't give up, i guarantee that a college of some sort will accept you, and from there you can get the requirements to get into whatever college you truly wish if they didn't accept you the first time

Being young, I'm expected to party and be rebellious, but I'm not. I study, I'm a homebody, I'm mild-(and well)mannered and polite. Yesterday the doctor prescribed zantac and we gave her the first dose last night. My new horse is getting bullied, how can I stop this?

I live on my parents farm, and I own 5 horses. I am extremely close to all of my horses, but my new horse is getting bullied by my dominant stallion. Before everyone goes and umes things, this is no ordinary stallion. He was my first horse, and he is a paint, but he has won many first places, and is a great all a round horse. I also have 2 QH mares, and a Welsh gelding. When ever I put them all in our large pasture, they act like best buddies. My stallion ( his name is Sammy) always have perfect manners, and never tries to kick or buck, or even get in fights with my Welsh gelding. I have been thinking about getting another horse, but have never found the right one. Recently, my trainer found friendly a 3 year old Icelandic horse. He was a gelding, and just what I was looking for. A few weeks after I bought him, he seemed right at home, and I introduced him to all of the horses, except Sammy. I got my trainer to help me with introducing my new horse to Sammy. Before we even got him by my new horse, it's like a bomb was set off right be side Sammy, and be just went crazy. I had to hold on with all my might so that he wouldn't run off. The next time I tried this, I took a little more precaution. But this time, It seemed as Sammy didn't even care that he was there. My trainer said it was okay that I put them all in the pasture, but I just had to watch them. It seemed like the other horses wanted to be by the new horse, but Sammy just wouldn't let them. Sammy wouldn't let the new horse eat, drink, or even come close to them. I put him the other pasture, but he seemed lonely. Should I just buy him a goat, or try to work the problem out with Sammy?

And you can still have health boundaries, i.e., it is not okay for him to call you nasty names, period, or you will leave for the night and stay with a friend. Abdominal Pain and early pregnancy?

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I've watched my cycle carefully and, hopefully, timed things correctly. 2-3 days post ovulation I experienced severe abdominal pain. It hit me very suddenly and lasted about 1.5 hours. It was so severe that I was convinced that I had appendicitis. It hurt to walk or move and I was doubled over the entire time. After about 90 minutes it began to slowly go away. I have felt fine in the two days since. I've had my gallbladder removed, so I know that isn't the cause. I'm now concerned with ectopic pregnancy. Would it be too soon for symptoms to be noticed? I'm not even sure if I am pregnant. I'm not scheduled to start my period for 10 days. Thanks for any help!

I've been on a diet/exercise for about a month now. I was just wondering if you do the same thing everyday no matter how rigorous it is, will your body get used to it where you can't drop any pounds anymore? Black Ops Map Problem?

Okay so I have my CoD Black Ops downloaded to the hardrive on my xbox to improve load speeds. Since I have done this the maps Summit,Jungle,and Radiation will load halfway and then not load anymore so I have to return to the dashboard and hope that I do not play on those maps. The map Villa will show up in the pregame lobby and it just says disk unreadable when that map is about to be played on and then returns me to the dashboard. I tried taking the game off of my hardrive but that didn't help at all. I put it back on the hardrive to improve the load speeds for the maps that do work but I really want to play on the maps I mentioned. The disk is mildly scratched here and there but there is no major scratches so I don't know what the problem is? My xbox is getting old and the drive laser sucks and it takes awhile for the disk to be read in the first place because of the drive laser but it takes awhile with all games, but it also happened to me in MW2 where I couldn't play on any of the 2nd map pack maps, I don't know if its the hardrive, the disk, or the xbox but I really would like to play on those maps. Any suggestions?

it sounds like it sucks... i went through the same thing. If you are applying any extra money to anything stop. pay the minimum on everything. stop using credit cards. If getting out of debt and freeing up money is important than you need to turn off any thing that is leisure, cable, renting movies, extra cell phones or features on a house phone, memberships, magazines etc. Find someone with a costco card and buy the diapers, milk and wipes in bulk if its cheaper. STOP small spending like starbucks, going out to eat, buying candy etc. Track your expenses, all of them down to the penny, for a month. once you've done all that see what money is left over. Catch up to your bills, then get a small Term Life Ins to protect your income, Pay a little extra towards one debt like credit cards or loans then continue doing that till all are payed off, (dont pay a little extra to all debts at the same time), Start an emergency account till you build up to 3-6 months of living expenses, then fund an IRA, then College acct and so on. You may not be able to do them all at once but that is the order to build wealth as the money becomes avail. It is a process that requires time and discipline. If none of that helps get another income and apply it. Good Luck.

When i thought about it i dont eat alot at all of unheathy i just add alot of salt cause im so used to it. so overapril vacation i decided not to eat salt for that week and i drank ALOT of water and i lost about 3lbs in 3 days without excersing. im going to the beach in a month or so... and i wanna be thinner....so i decided ill stop eating salt again and drink water and what not but is there more i can do to get rid of water retention. i way about 175lbs and im 5 2. and its only in my belly.

How can I make sure my weight doesn't drop at the doctors?

I have a meal plan from my nutritionist, but I absolutely can't follow it. I go to the doctor every week and if I continue losing weight I'll be back in the hospital. I just can't eat as much as they're trying to make me! It physically hurts my stomach and I cry at meal times. My mother forces me to sit and eat or she calls an ambulance. 9 more weeks and this is to much?

at 21 weeks by baby boy was diagnosed with ccam and since then all the frequent ultrasound have been good the baby hasn't develop hydrop and the ccam has not increased in size, i;m praying it will disappear. so i had to get transfer to a high risk pregnancy clinic and at my last ultrasound i found out my baby has only one umbilical artery, when they told me i ume it was a common thing because they didn't explain much about it so i didn't think about finding information. but for some reason today it came to mind and i look it up and it says that babies with one umbilical artery amy have abnormalities and know i'm scared, i mean i'm still going to love this baby but nobody told me the one umbilical cord till like a week ago, i'm so scared, i want my baby to be healthy i feel that i have already failed as a mother and i know it's not my fault this has happen, but i feel like i fail to my baby and my husband. i have this feeling that my baby is gonna be fine but i'm still scared i don't want to think about this i don't know what to do? and i feel bad telling my boyfriend because i know he will be worried. this is our first baby and i'm also scare to get pregnant again in the future.

1990 jeep Wrangler heats up and shuts off.?

recently having problems with my Jeep it will start up fine run for a while then shut down. I notice the temp Gauge go up to about 220 degrees then the jeep shuts down. It does all this in a matter of 30 mins. Coax tv splitter, 2tvs fine, 3rd off splitter is fuzzy?

I bought a standard dual shield 250ft roll of RG6 coax line to run to the upstairs of a house. currently, there is the main catv line coming into the basement from outside the house. this is plugged into a 3 way splitter - one for a basement tv about 15 ft away(signal is fine), one on the main level of the house about 25 ft(signal is fine) and i now ran one to the upstairs (should be under 50ft when finished). before going any further i just stripped the end and tried it in the closest upstairs tv but this signal was fuzzy. thinking the 250ft roll might be a bit too long to keep a good signal, i cut 4 ft off the end, and took a tv right next to the splitter and used the 4ft line and it was STILL fuzzy. so from this, i can tell its not the splitter's fault (i changed the order of the lines that are plugged into the splitter and that wasnt the problem either). the current CATV line does not have any markings on the cable jacket so i dont know if i am using the same type the was put in previously. the type i put in is rb59 dual shield 3ghz coax. the existing cable lines are just a bit thicker, i dont know if that cable might be quad-shield or rb6 or if there is a way to tell, but after some research i am still stuck. no stupid responses please.

The sound on my computer isn't working...?

The sound on my computer has mysteriously quit functioning. I have three large Creative brand speakers and a Realtek Digital Audio Output. My sound card is working fine. I tested the speakers with the Realtek HD Audio Manager, and even reset them. The speakers work when I test them and they sound fine. The problem is, when I attempt to play any sound, it doesn't work. I turned on some music, then went to the control panel device center, which said that the digital output was working and the bars showed it was creating sound, but the speakers had no bars and weren't moving sound. I'm not sure what to do because I am more of a "html-internet nerd" than someone who knows how to fix devices. I'm pretty sure there has to be some kind of loss of connection between the Digital Output and the Speakers, but where...?

My Doctor Believes I'm In the Early Stages of Miscarrying - Please Provide Any Input?

I think it's hard for us as non-medical professionals to fully understand what is being said to us. I have not been in your situation in terms of a possible miscarriage, however I have been given results via 'numbers' which were completely scary to me, so I can only offer you my advice on how to cope emotionally. My results for the downs syndrome test should have come in at around a 1:700 chance based on my age etc, however they came in at a 1:85 chance. I was not told this by a doctor, I received a phone call while I was at work, from the medical receptionist who said the doctor didn't know how to read the results and that I needed to pick the results up immediately and go straight to the hospital. So, I picked up the results from the doctors and opened them in my car... alone and petrified of what I might have seen. It was the scariest thing EVER for me to see that my baby had a very high chance of having downs syndrome. I, like i'm sure you have, cried and cried. It is sooo much easier said than done, but you need to stay positive. I am a firm believer of "trust your gut instinct". In my situation, I felt it deep down that my baby was ok - I just needed the medical report to back it up. In your situation, you said your husband and you felt as though you could breath a sigh of relief at being the furtherest along in a pregnancy than you have before. That is a good and very positive sign! Trust and believe in it! Numbers are just that... Numbers! There are many other factors (and unfortunately, more numbers!) that would need to marry up with your hcg results in order to deem you a high risk for miscarriage. Without these, I don't feel your doctor has much to go by. You are allowed to stay awake tonight, the love you have for your unborn child is the reason for this. When you have your ultrasound tomorrow, ask questions. Ask lots of questions. How do they get the results they do. Why has the result come out the way it has (good or bad) I really do wish you the best of luck. While I was ttc, someone on this forum sent me their baby dust... I am ping my leftovers to you!

What's wrong with my rat?

My rat is a little over 3 years old now. She's showing all of the signs of old age, so I knew that she didn't really have a lot of time left. But then this big bulgey thing is growing on her left leg..well, not ON her left leg, but her lower stomach near her back leg. It keeps growing, and its got this blueish color (the rest of her skin is pink), and now instead of one bulge, they're more like two bulges really close together. They're really REALLY big (they take up about a quarter of her body together), so she can't really use that leg anymore, and every time she walks, she's sliding around on that bulge, so that probably doesn't feel good. She's also not using her other back leg, so now she's scooting around with her front paws. AND ever since she got that lump, she's been losing her balance when she walks and sometimes completely flips over onto her side. I thought the lump was a tumor at first, but it's not like a hard lump. It's just really really squishy, and it's been there for a while. I'm kind of wondering if there's some kind of fluid building up there... what's wrong with her? And should I take her to the vet to get euthanized? I don't want her to suffer for a long time, and my parents WILL NOT get the procedure done to fix her because it would probably be expensive, and they're too cheap. PLEASE I NEED HEEEEEEEELLLLLLPPPP!!!!!

Objectives of the Universal Peace Federation?

I was minding my own business at lunch a couple of weeks ago when a very pleasant elderly gentleman started a conversation with me. He talked about peace in the world, and the need for clear communication and empathy between nations and so on, and then mentioned he was a follower of Rev Sun Myung Moon, and a member of the Universal Peace Federation. He also, rather casually I thought, slipped in his objective of returning the world to "the way it was before the Fall of Man"...which gave me moer than a moment's pause. Now this nice gentleman is calling me and writing regularly to invite me to meetings. I've obviously tried the UPF website, but it seems as vague as my gentleman about what the organization's actual and spiritual objectives are. Can anyone enlighten me on this, or does anyone have experience of the UPF they could share? I mean, it's a given that they want universal peace, but what does that MEAN in the UPF's understanding of things?

Urgent Guidance needed....?

I have a 55 gal tank and it homes two Koi fishes and a shubunkin. The Koi are 3 inches and 2 inches each. The shubunkin is 3 inches. I know that Koi is a pond fish but I happened to bring them home without knowing about them. I am planning to rehome them once they become 5 inches. The tank temperature is constantly maintained at 72F. There is a filter running 24/7 with a 1 feet aerator / pump ON 24/7. The tank is also filled correctly with gravel at the bottom. The fish were all happy but I noticed in the last 36 hours, they have become dull. I did a 25% water change but still they are not as active they used to be. I did the regular test kit tests. This is what I found from the test. pH is between 8 and 8.2, Nitrite is 1.0ppm (mg/L), Ammonia is between 4 and 8.0 ppm (mg/L) and Nitrate is between 5 - 10 ppm (mg/L). Now I thought fish keeping is pretty simple and easy and should not take much of my time. I brought them because my 4 year old son happened to just ask me for a pet and we happened to get them from Walmart. Now it looks like more than my take being taken away, I am feeling bad for the fish as may be I am unable to provide them better environment consistently. Where ever I read, it is told Koi and Shudunkin are easy maintanance fishes and nothing to worry about. Now my questions. 1) What are correct nos that should be maintained for both Koi and Shudunkin in terms of pH, Nitrite, Ammonia, Nitrate.? 2) Am I doing something wrong in maintaining them? I do remove the extra food in the tank after 30 mins of eating time. The tank is not flooded with things. 3) I am sure the reading that I have mentioned are off the limits. Now what should I do to fix this? 4) I have the master test kit for testing the water. I am ready to test them weekly once and even change the water 25% every week. I am ready to remove extra food daily with a net. Amidst all these things, still if the tank is going to be off the basic vital signs, then I am not sure whether I am up to keeping fish as a pet. Please guide. This is really urgent and importnant for me. I dont want to hurt the fishes and also hurt our family too by allowing them to die.

6 weeks two days pregnant with no heartbeat found?

I went to the doctor today and had a sonogram, which showed the sac. I didn't think to ask at the time if she saw the pole. Then I had the internal sonogram done to find a heartbeat. And no heart beat could be seen. I am going back in 6 days to find the heartbeat. I am currently 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant and am very nervous. Is this normal to not find a heartbeat yet?

Very odd about home eviction?

Couple weeks ago, I signed an agreement to leave a foreclosed house that I have been renting to leave the house in one month with the realtor in exchange of cash for keys. But this morning, I am getting a eviction notice handed by a police for the former home owner to leave in 3 days, and for me as tenant to vacate in 90 days if I have a lease agreement and contact them in 3 days. The former owner still lives in the house because he's my best friend. But I am so confused of what to do?
