What will you do if your daughter vomited in a lady`s handbag?

i have two daughters. their names are bella and penny. penny, the younger girl, suffers from leukemia. she is currantly undergoing chemotherapy. she had been feeling a lot better lately and we hope she will be going into remission soon. we were at an outing. penny suddenly started to feel unwell. she suddenly had to vomit so she quickly picked up my handbag and vomited into it. unfortunately it turned out to be the handbag of another lady. how should we settle this incident?
