HELP! I'm babysitting and my kid got the stomach flu !?

Okay, so, everything was normal, but all the sudden, he threw up! He's only 7, and he's already skinny, so seeing him throw up made him even bonier ! I'm so scared, and I'm so worried . My Grandparents don't even give a **** ! Can someone give me some remedies or whatever to stop the puking and the stomacheaches ? I feel SO bad for him . Is it true that if you mix honey with warm water it'll help, or is that sore throat ? And I don't have any meds right now except pepto bismol, advil, and tablet tylonals . yup, **** my life .
