Anyone remember a game in the past decade or so that went extra innings and a catcher was activated to pitch?

I believe it was a Baltimore game. It went a lot of extra innings and I seem to recall it raining on an off. Along these same lines, can coaches be activated to play at the manager's descretion? I'm refering to full-time coaches, not player/coaches or player/managers, such a Pete Rose, Yogi Berra or Manny Mota in the past. Thanks!
