How to neutralise the smell of Ocean Trout / Rainbow Trout?

my family hates it all the time when I cook this stuff, whinges and bitches to me when I cook it, because I just love the stuff, what would you do? has this situation happened to you and how did you deal with it and respond to it? what would you do? would you feel sorry for them?
