HOw can i get a family member a visitors visa?

ok so i am getting married july 10,2010 but my fiances parents live in guatemala and do not have visas to get here he is very upset and wants them to come so i want to know is it possible ot get them temporary visas for like 2 weeks and then they return home if so how?
