Link between fluorescent lights and headaches/tiredness/dizzyness?

as the above question states... there is one right above me at work and some days i feel really crappy but today tops it off, i live in NQ so its not cold i can't see myself getting the flu, i haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary, I am wondering if the fluorescent light above my desk can cause my headaches at work, today i feel extremely dizzy, blurry vision a little, very tired and migraine??
