What would make the White Sox better?

Should they go after a third baseman? Another pitcher? or Center Field? I myself would like to see them bring in Mark Reynolds of arizona diamondbacks. He is a third baseman. But they do need another pitcher, Getting a center fielder, god there is alot out there. But should they wait and see how D.wise does? And Scotty Pods has done really good. What do you all think?
