I am using windows xp prof. sp2.There occured a problem with help topics in outlook express,IE 6,& help& supp.?

I am having the same problem. after two years of never having interruptions on anything I am now getting messages every time I come on here. Following their instructions has now deleted some of my sites which I cannot get back. Letters page which I have to sign in every time I want to write to all my friends.... then they tell me it is not right. I have never changed my profile or my name or my pword. If any one on here can help I sure would be glad of it. Thanks
