Very odd about home eviction?

Couple weeks ago, I signed an agreement to leave a foreclosed house that I have been renting to leave the house in one month with the realtor in exchange of cash for keys. But this morning, I am getting a eviction notice handed by a police for the former home owner to leave in 3 days, and for me as tenant to vacate in 90 days if I have a lease agreement and contact them in 3 days. The former owner still lives in the house because he's my best friend. But I am so confused of what to do?
