I've been on a diet/exercise for about a month now. I was just wondering if you do the same thing everyday no matter how rigorous it is, will your body get used to it where you can't drop any pounds anymore? I eat mostly healthy foods and I eat in moderation. I also exercise 6 days a week for an hour on the treadmill plus I run track as a sprinter during the school week for about an hour... If I keep doing this everyday, will my body adjust where I can't drop pounds anymore? Or can I keep losing weight this way?
