Health Care: If insurance companies are really "screwing" people, who's fault is that?

I agree that it was the inefficient government's doing. Government should have some regulation on health care but it should NOT completely take over it because that is just unfair for those who wants a chance to live and who fight hard for it. It you weren't aware, hardworking Americans who had a decent job had medical insurance from their employers. For those who couldn't work due to disabilities or injuries, the government should play a greater role in their preservation but for those who chose drugs, crime, and prostitution as a lifestyle, they certainly do not deserve the same right as those who fight to live.
