Is it possible to defeat Cynthia of Pokemon Diamond using these pokemon??? And how do i do it?

my pokemon are: Dialga level 57 moves are: dragon pulse,flash cannon,fire blast,roar of time.Torterra level 51 moves are: solar beam,giga drain,gr knot,earthquake.Staraptor level 50 moves are: brave bird,fly,close combat,aerial ace.Azelf level 50 moves are: iron tail,dream eater,shadow ball,thunder.Uxie level 50 moves are: confusion,yawn,thunder,amnesia.Lucario level 45 moves are: drain punch,close combat,focus blast,aura sphere. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
