How to warm up your voice before singing?
Drink lots and lots of room temp water, even if you're not singing, do this everyday. It keeps your body constantly hydrated so that when you need to sing, you won't have to load up on water then. If your throat feels like there's something stuck in it, like mucus, squeeze a lemon into a bottle or gl of water and drink it slowly. It should clear out your throat so you can have a clear tone. When you're warming up, start out slow and ease your cords into singing. It's sort of hard to explain exactly what I need to so if you look on youtube for Singing Success Online videos, you should get a lot of tips and methods to improve your voice and it will make singing so much easier. That's what I did to help myself.
