Question about ovarian cyst?

Very possible that the cyst ruptured. As an ovarian cyst sufferer myself, I can tell you that this is one of the symptoms and the pain for me feels like something somebody stabbing you in the side, and it gradually subsides within ten minutes or so. Meanwhile it's all I can do to crawl into a hot bath and cry. Rather miserable, but sounds like that's what's happening. I would call the doc and explain it to him, and he may want to do another ultrasound to verify. Good luck!
