Why do we allow Obama to take the position as Head of Security for the U.N.?

steve u are nothing to the world government & they really dnt need to answer to u. but speaking as an african citizen i know some things are hidden from me but i wiil never stop wondering...now obama is a very powerful man and is very respected globally and im also sure that there are reasons(hidden) why his head of the world u.n security
