How to write a research paper on a person?

today I finally finished my research and finding my sources for a paper on Alexander Graham Bell and was just on the cusp of starting to write, but i ran into a pretty significant problem. i don't know where to begin! i don't know how to write this without just stating facts about his life. and I don't think that is what my teacher is looking for lol. i need less synopsis and more ysis! can anyone help me, especially how to incorporate my opinion and thoughts into this? i would appreciate anything. thanks in advance.
