Dog help?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?

Okay, so I have a english bulldog/boxer mix, and he live outside most of the time and has a fenced corner in (very small :( ) I want to convince my mom to let him actually live with us but my mom keeps saying he'll wreck the house... I hate seeing him in that fenced corner. Can anyone help me with any training in west babylon or anywhere near that and the prices?
